Cookies need to be completely cooled before decorated. The outline and flooding technique is a good choice to produce neat decoration. |
After flooding the cookies, the icing needed to be dried completely before continue with other decorations like in the picture. In humid weather, the trick is to oven-dried or use heat lamp. |
